By accessing or purchasing from Calyvent Store (store.calyvent.com), operated by Calyvent ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase any products.
Calyvent Store sells digital products including but not limited to PDF guides, templates, checklists, and toolkits. All products are delivered electronically as digital downloads.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a product is purchased and the download link is made available, no refunds will be issued. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase (e.g., corrupted file, broken download link), contact us at slavishvibes@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Each purchase includes up to 3 downloads of the product file. Once the download limit is reached, you must repurchase the product for additional downloads. It is your responsibility to save the file after downloading.
You may need to create an account to make purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
All products, content, designs, and materials on Calyvent Store are owned by Calyvent and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own purposes. You may not:
Coupon codes are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Coupons cannot be combined and have no cash value.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe and/or Coinbase Commerce. We do not store your payment information. Prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Calyvent Store and its products are provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any product for a particular purpose. In no event shall Calyvent be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
